The Tern

This site encompassed multiple sites that the city sold to the developer. Being a highly publicized site, RBA was asked to design the homes. Using traditional coastal row home aesthetics, RBA developed three different product types. Using various coastal concepts, the three different types of units are distinctive and offer various home types to many home buyers. Situated across from East Beach, RBA utilized detailing we had homed in on in that TND development to create affordable homes on The Chesapeake Bay that still had extensive details.
